Scottie Awards Dinner

June 2nd, 2018 5:30PM – 8PM’ish — Meet @ Lodge @ 4PM — SCOTTIE AWARDS
We need a calling and DeMolay signups for the Scottie awards dinner this Saturday night. We will need maybe 4-5 DeMolays. The dinner service is 5:30 with the awards at 6:30…so we need to be there by maybe 5 pm. We need to turn in our headcount ASAP for their food planning (dinner RSVP’s are due today), or we’ll probably rather have them order pizza for us (Red Savoy…not Dominos).
Black slacks and white shirt for serving dinner. Add a tie and jacket for award escorts (hopefully the Jobies will be available to do this part).
